NBA London 2016 to be Broadcast in Odeon Cinemas

This year’s NBA London 2016 festivities will be broadcast in over 30 UK cinemas following several years of sellouts, bringing the game to thousands more British fans.

The NBA has seen marked success when it’s come to the UK, with games at the O2 Arena now selling out for a sixth consecutive time.  This has prompted a new partnership with ODEON cinemas, who have agreed to broadcast the UK based game live in 31 cinemas across the country.

The game tips off on the 14th January at the O2 Arena will be on show live up and down the UK, with ODEON cinemas from London all the way up to Dunfermline included in the event. A full list of participating cinemas can be found at the bottom of this page.

Operating for over 80 years, ODEON has over 100 UK cinemas, operates over 2000 screens across Europe, making it one of the biggest cinema companies on the continent.

NBA EMEA Senior Vice President and Managing Director Benjamin Morel believes that the deal will offer fans the opportunity to watch the game live even if they don’t have a ticket to the game itself.

The NBA London 2016 match-up will offer fans the chance to get a glimpse of stars including Kyle Lowry and Nikola Vucevic, who has already spoken about his excitement heading into the game.
