Kenneth Faried has spoken about the new experience playing in London’s O2 Arena will bring ahead of the NBA Global Games.

Faried and his Denver Nugget teammates have been taking in the sights and sounds of London ahead of the game.

The Nuggets forward has been quick to point out what he expects from the O2 Arena, as he prepares for the new experience.

“It’s great to be here. It’s always nice to play somewhere new and somewhere different, and London for us is completely different.” He said.

“Nobody has ever played here on our team. It is also going to be fun and exciting to see the fans that are going to come to The O2 to support us.

“This whole experience, being in a different country, that is all new to most of us, but playing in front of these fans, the London fans, that’s going to be new for all of us, so we’re all very excited.”

Teammate Gary Harris also spoke about the expected atmosphere going into the regular season game.

“It’s going to be fun. We’re going out there, we’re going to be playing hard as a team and try to do anything we can to get a win. That’s going to be a big game for us, we’ve lost five in a row so we have to win.”

“We wanted to come out here and get a good sweat, trying to adjust to the London time and that’s what we’ve been working on today.”
